Terms of Service

ReplyNow is an AI assistant that reads a conversation you provide (as a screenshot, image, or pasted text) and generates suggested replies. We offer two tiers:

• Free — 15 replies per month, core styles, 7-day history.
• Pro — Unlimited replies, My Voice, Tone Studio, unlimited history, priority support.

Feature scope may change as the product evolves; we will not materially reduce paid features during an active billing period without notice.

By creating an account or continuing to use ReplyNow you confirm you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and agree to these terms. If you use ReplyNow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

By uploading conversations, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content for processing and that doing so complies with applicable laws and your obligations to the other participants in the conversation.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for the replies you ultimately send. We recommend obtaining consent from other participants where required by local law and never uploading content that is confidential under a duty you have to a third party (e.g. medical, legal, or workplace confidentiality).

You must not misuse ReplyNow. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy and includes, without limitation: illegal content, harassment or threats, scams and impersonation, spam, malware, scraping, and any use that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the replies you send. We (and our licensors) retain ownership of the ReplyNow software, branding, models, prompts, and infrastructure. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ReplyNow while your account is in good standing. You must not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

ReplyNow's suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing every suggestion before sending it. Do not rely on ReplyNow for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. See our AI Usage Policy for more detail.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without prior notice — for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion removes your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for ReplyNow in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

You will indemnify and hold ReplyNow harmless from third-party claims arising from (a) content you upload or send using the service, (b) your unlawful use of the service, or (c) your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
