Acceptable Use Policy

• Use ReplyNow for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or intimidate another person, or generate content that a reasonable person would consider abusive.
• Impersonate another person, business, or authority; commit fraud; phish; or run scams.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unauthorised promotional content.
• Generate or distribute malware, exploits, or content designed to defeat security or privacy controls.
• Generate sexual content involving minors or content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
• Upload conversations that infringe copyright, trade-secret, or confidentiality obligations you owe to someone else.
• Upload another person's private conversation without their consent where the law requires it (for example, in some jurisdictions the consent of all participants is required to record or share a chat).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload ReplyNow; run automated queries beyond what a normal user would; or resell the service.
• Attempt to bypass moderation, safety, or rate-limit systems (including "jailbreak" prompts).

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination, reporting to authorities where required, and forfeiture of any prepaid subscription time. We may cooperate with law-enforcement requests that meet the applicable legal standard.
