Refund Policy

Request a refund within 30 days of your first Pro payment — monthly or annual — and we will return the amount to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one:

1. Go to paddle.net and locate your ReplyNow purchase using the email you used at checkout.
2. Open the order and select "Request a refund".
3. Or email pekka@nebelung.io with your order reference and we will handle it for you.

Beyond 30 days:

• Monthly subscriptions — cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions — cancelling stops the next renewal. Prorated refunds outside the 30-day window are handled case by case per Paddle's refund policy.
• Failed or duplicate charges — refunded promptly.

You can cancel at any time from your Profile → Membership card, or by managing your subscription at paddle.net.
