AI transparency

ReplyNow processes personal conversations. That comes with responsibility. Here is what we promise, and here is exactly how the pipeline works — so you can decide for yourself whether to trust us.

Our four promises

  • We don't sell your data.

  • Your conversations are never used to train public AI models.

  • You remain the owner of your content.

  • We process conversations only to generate replies — and delete them right after.

How the pipeline works

  1. You upload a screenshot, image, or pasted text through your browser over HTTPS.
  2. Our server relays the content to the AI model over the Lovable AI Gateway. The gateway's contract with model providers explicitly forbids training on our traffic.
  3. The model reads the conversation, extracts the transcript, and produces up to six replies: friendly, professional, direct, empathetic (free), plus sarcastic and dad humour for Pro users.
  4. Replies are returned to your browser. The original upload is discarded from our systems within seconds — it never enters our database or long-term storage.
  5. The replies and small metadata (timestamp, chosen goal) are saved in your browser's local history so you can revisit them. Clear it from the History screen at any time.

Models we use

We currently use OpenAI GPT-family models via the Lovable AI Gateway. If we change providers or add new ones (Anthropic, Google Gemini, or our own model), we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before the change ships.

What ReplyNow does not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data — ever.
  • We do not run advertising trackers on the app.
  • We do not read your conversations manually. Only automated systems process them, and only to produce your replies.
  • We do not retain uploaded conversations to improve our own models.
